Informal Negotiations

Costs will be handled as per AAA Consumer Rules, with us covering excessive fees. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, subject to applicable laws.

These Terms and related policies form the entire agreement. Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver. We may assign our rights and are not liable for uncontrollable events. Unenforceable provisions are severed without affecting others. No partnership or agency relationship is created. Electronic form of these Terms is binding.
